Day 27 - Adelaide (6 December 2010)

"During the night, Dawn Princess altered from her Easterly course onto a North-Easterly track which took her through the Investigator Strait leaving Kangaroo Island to Starboard. During the early hours of this morning, we proceeded North East up the gulf of Saint Vincent towards our pilot boarding ground. After embarking our pilot, we will proceed up the dredged channel of Port Adelaide River towards our berth in the Outer Harbour."

I contacted Penfolds and Peter Lehman wineries, but had no luck for a visit as it seems everybody is at the cricket on this Monday in Adelaide!

Before to disembark, Barry named my German horse "Sauerkraut Success". I wrote an advertising for him on the TV Wake Show: "Sauerkraut Success just won the trophy of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, he flew directly from Munich and received all the appropriate clearance from the Australian quarantine services. He is following a special diet recommended by Executive Chef, David McDonald, with plenty of carrots and sugar and has been spotted training recently on the M1"

Sauerkraut Success went to warm up on the treadmill in the gym, got a massage at the Lotus SPA and some curlers at the hairdresser.

He had diner in the Florentine Dining room and tried Jammers Disco and the Atrium Lounge. And we are still turning our clocks forward 30 minutes tonight.
